The Forms I Heard : Richardson Ovbiebo

Richardson Ovbiebo works in many mediums, but is best known for his sculptures. Composed with colors and forms that flirt with international art movements, these works remain entrenched in a context that undoubtably speaks of Lagos. Using materials purchased at landfills, industrial scrap yards and fine art stores, his work is a hybrid process and conceptual reference.
